Synchronizing your Tool Paths siemens NX

Follow the following steps to synchronize your tool path:

1. Create a part file.

2. Enter the Manufacturing application.

3. Replace the machine with appropriate one from the machine tool library.

4. Load your part as a component onto the machine.

5. Create tools, geometry, and operations as you would when programming a single turret machine.

6. Open the synchronization manager.

7. Rearrange the tool paths, if necessary.

8. Add synchronization marks.

9. Add dwell events.

10. Simulate the program.

11. Post process the program.
