The ability to rearrange the tool path order in an interactive fashion during synchronization gives you enormous capacity for optimizing your NC program. This is where the fine-tuning of the program occurs.
When you rearrange the order of the operations, remember that:
-
You can only rearrange in the collapsed mode.
-
You must rearrange the order before creating synchronization or dwell events.
-
You can only drag and drop an entry to a position in the same channel.
-
You cannot change the order of operations on a spindle. You must do this in the Program Order view of the Operation Navigator.
